Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuestsCamera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GuestsCamera provides event hosts with a platform to collect photos from guests via a QR code. Photos are uploaded directly to the host's Google Drive. Hosts pay a one-time per-event fee to activate an upload window.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a host. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Host Accounts

Hosts must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@guestscamera.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Payments and Refunds

Event passes are sold as one-time purchases processed via Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an event pass has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented the Service from functioning, please contact us within 7 days of the event date.

6. Guest Uploads and Content

Guests who upload photos via a GuestsCamera QR link grant the host a non-exclusive license to store and use those photos. GuestsCamera does not retain copies of guest photos — all files are transferred directly to the host's Google Drive. The host is solely responsible for how uploaded content is stored, used, or shared after the event.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to collect photos without the knowledge or consent of subjects

8. Intellectual Property

The GuestsCamera brand, logo, and software are owned by GuestsCamera and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from technical failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestsCamera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the event pass giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered hosts by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
